One digital twin. Four ways it works for you.

Map your land, document your work, certify your operation, and ask it anything, all on the same connected record. Here’s how each part fits.

Demeter: talk to your farm

Demeter is the voice on top of everything. Ask “when did I last lime the back forty?” or “what’s my nitrogen total on field 3 this year?” and get an answer grounded in your records, with the receipts.

It works the other way too: dictate a scouting note, kick off a flight, or start a grant draft, all in conversation. Demeter routes the request to the right tool and keeps your records honest.

No dashboards to learn. The farm answers when you ask it.

  • Natural-language questions about your operation
  • Grounded in your real records, not guesses
  • Drafts records, plans flights, finds answers

Connected to the same record as every other part of RFS.

Recordkeeping that keeps itself

Most farm records live in three notebooks, two spreadsheets, and somebody’s memory. RFS replaces that with a single, append-only event log: every planting, application, irrigation, scouting note, and harvest is a record tied to a real place on your map.

Bring history with you. Bulk-ingest takes the spreadsheets and PDFs you already keep and turns them into structured, queryable records, so day one isn’t a blank page.

Because records are connected to the digital twin and to your compliance forms, the work you do to run the farm is the same work that proves how you ran it.

  • One timeline per field, per operation
  • Bulk-ingest from spreadsheets & legacy records
  • Audit-ready history you actually trust

Connected to the same record as every other part of RFS.

Certify

OSP & compliance, drafted for you

Certification and grants are where good farms lose weeks. RFS reads your records and drafts the documents: the Organic System Plan, the maps, the input lists, the narratives, all pre-filled, with gaps flagged so you know exactly what’s missing.

Compliance checks run continuously, not the night before an audit. The system validates your forms against your actual history and tells you where they disagree.

When the certifier or program officer arrives, you hand them a clean, sourced package instead of a shoebox. Credibility you can show, not just claim.

  • Organic System Plan auto-drafted from records
  • Grant & cost-share application support
  • Audit packages certifiers can actually read

Connected to the same record as every other part of RFS.

Drone mapping & the digital twin

An RFS flight is the front door to your data. Tell the drone what you want (“scan the north block”) and it plans the mission, flies it, and stitches the imagery into a georeferenced digital twin of your land.

That twin is more than a pretty picture. Every field, row, and structure becomes an object you can measure, annotate, and track over time. Stand up a baseline this season, then let the next flight surface change automatically: drainage, canopy, bare patches, encroachment.

It’s the data engine for everything else: the same map that shows you a problem feeds your records and your paperwork without re-keying a thing.

  • Voice-driven autonomous flight plans
  • Photogrammetry into a 3D digital twin
  • Crop, canopy & terrain layers you can measure

Connected to the same record as every other part of RFS.

Your data, isolated and yours.

Every farm’s records are kept strictly separate, one operation can never see or touch another’s data. You own your full history and can export it any time. Per-farm isolation is a hard requirement before any shared deployment goes live, not an afterthought.

See it on your fields.

The fastest way to understand RFS is to watch it map a farm you know. Join the pilot.
