Recordkeeping that keeps itself
Most farm records live in three notebooks, two spreadsheets, and somebody’s memory. RFS replaces that with a single, append-only event log: every planting, application, irrigation, scouting note, and harvest is a record tied to a real place on your map.

Certification and grants, drafted for you
Plenty of farms already follow organic practices but never certify, because the paperwork and the rules are a slog. RFS lowers that bar: it reads your records and drafts the Organic System Plan, the maps, the input lists, and the narratives, pre-filled, with gaps flagged so you know exactly what is missing.
It also keeps you out of trouble before it happens. RFS tracks which fields are eligible and what would reset the clock, and it tells you whether an input is OMRI-listed and allowed before you apply it, not after a prohibited spray costs you a field for three years.

When you’re ready to map, we bring the drone to you. No hardware to buy and no license to manage: tell us what you want scanned and we plan the mission, fly it, and stitch the imagery into a georeferenced digital twin of your land.
