Do I need my own drone?
During the pilot we work with design partners to fly your fields, bring your own compatible drone or fly with us. Self-serve flight planning is on the roadmap as we expand hardware support.
What if all my records are on paper or in spreadsheets?
That’s the normal starting point. Bulk-ingest is built to take the spreadsheets, PDFs, and notes you already keep and turn them into structured records, so you’re not starting from a blank page.
Is RFS only for organic farms?
No. Organic certification is where the paperwork pain is sharpest, so we lead there. But the digital twin and recordkeeping help any operation that wants to map, document, and prove how it farms.
Who owns my data?
You do. Your records, maps, and documents are yours. Each farm’s data is isolated, and you can export your full history at any time.
Is my farm’s data kept separate from everyone else’s?
Yes. RFS enforces per-farm data isolation so one operation can never see or touch another’s records, a hard requirement before any shared deployment goes live.
